I. General Provisions 

In order to consciously fulfill the obligations of environmental protection and proactively accept social supervision, the following contents of environmental information publicity are hereby formulated in accordance with the requirements of relevant national laws and standards and in light of the actual production situation of SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd.

Measures for Cleaner Production Audit (Order No. 38 of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China); Circular of the Fujian Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment on Releasing the List of Enterprises Subject to Compulsory Cleaner Production Audit in 2020 (Min Huan Bao Ke Cai [2020] No.17); and Circular of the Putian Bureau of Ecology and Environment on Releasing the List of Enterprises Subject to Compulsory Cleaner Production Audit in 2020 (Pu Huan Bao [2020] No.119).
